Need Domain Sale Agreement

Hi,

I'm looking to sell a ccTLD domain that I own and was wondering if anyone could send or direct me to a standard legal agreement for transferring domain ownership rights to another party. I'm looking for an agreement that specifically ensures that I am no longer associated with the domain or responsible for any issues arising out of use of that domain.

Why? I'm sure the registrar you have the domain under already has that covered.
When I transfer domains, or get domains transferred to me, I agree that all rights are to the new owner once I accept the transfer.

Are you attempting to sell a domain name that you know has an identified TM issue, and are therefore attempting to distance yourself by selling it? Are you afraid the new owner will use it for an inappropriate purpose based on the nature of the name?

I guess I'm somewhat at a loss for why you are nervous about the new use of the domain name any more than a traditional transfer...
