Domain Name JV agreement

Hello,
I've been trying to make a JV agreement with a local person from a country in order to register a domain name under his country code. Registering domain names under that country code is restricted to local persons only.

I talked to that person and he is willing to help me on this. He is ready to act as the legal registrant for the domain name that I intend to register.

Now I am afraid that in the future, he may sell the domain name to third parties without my knowledge if he receives potential offers.

We have agreed to share the profits in desired percentages. Can anyone advise me on preparing a JV agreement between both of us that should prevent him from selling the domain name without my consent.

If anyone have the sample JV agreement template, just pass it to me.

Thank you.

Why not use a registrar that offers trustee service?

Unfortunately trusty service is not available for that country code.

In a case like this I would consider local incorporation, then the corporation becomes the domain holder and holder, and can fully use the domain. If you are willing to go through the hassle of legal arrangements you must have a serious development plan in mind.
Or talk to a local lawyer. A lawyer must have a solution for you, or can probably act as the trustee. It's certainly better than dealing with some unknown person you've met on the Internet.

There's no contract in this world that would save you a scam, but would act as a proof to be used in court. If he decides to sell that domain and keep the profits your only hope will be to seek legal actions in that particular country. Also be prepared to travel there, there are countries where the plaintiff has to be present in court (so I know), you should check that out also.

If that domain isn't GOLD I'd back out, too much of a hassle.
