Need developer/programmer advice

First of all, I recently regged the domain name onlinegifmaker.com ; it receives 3600 exact keyword searches per month. I want to develop this site into a simple website with a GIF generator because GIFs are often used on sites like tumblr and tumblr seems to be on fire and not slowing down. Anyone willing to help?

yes I suppose I would.I see GIFs being searched more heavily this year because of tumblr like i said earlier and people seem to search "online gif maker"

not competing with tumblr... my site would be a supplement to tumblr.. for creating gifs
