Why do you want to transfer away from Namesilo?

They have some of the lowest prices, free lifetime privacy and a great and easy to use interface.

Personally, I think they are the best registrar around, and by the way I do not work for them or with them in any way.

I just think they are a great registrar.

There is more to a registrar than a cheap price. You may save a few bucks but some registrars are better than others and you often don't find that out until you have a problem.

Stick with NameSilo - they are a well known and respectable registrar - recommended by many domainers.

Their prices and interface are great.

Other, smaller registrars could be risky and you could have trouble down the road when it comes time to transfer out or renew.

I guess I'm an example going against the trend. I transferred several domains to Namesilo early this year and had an awful experience. I've since moved most of them back to GoDaddy or to Namecheap. The only advantage I found to Namesilo is the free privacy, but that isn't too important to me. Namesilo's customer service was particularly poor. Wish I could recommend coupon codes, but not many registrar's seem to offer those anymore anyway.

I know I have had nothing but good experience with namesilo. Everyone else seems to like them as well... would definitely say those who have had bad luck with them are surely the exception, and not the norm.

Have you reached out to @namesilo or called/email the support? Maybe they can rectify the problem...

Sure, you might save a little with a cheaper registrar, but is it worth the headaches?

Personally, I think NameSilo is the best registrar out there.

And, no, I do not work for them or have any other relationship with them other than as a registrar.
