Need Artist for Logo and Name Design

I am looking for a designer to put together a better font image for the name of my website and perhaps a unique logo to go along with it. I am looking at simple designs and simple solutions. I do not need anything fancy but am not looking for an image that looks like it came from Word Clipart.

Perhaps the logo could be something along the lines of using the y + i combination? Not sure, but I need something better than what I have. Thank you.
