Hello all, long time lurker here. The reason I'm asking is because I finally got around to parking this domain over at SEDO, and I've received quite a few emails about it.

The first email I received said this:

Hello,

Please give me your price for the name in the subject line. Your name was listed for sale.

Domain names is not my main business. I'm going to make money on reselling to raise funds for launching an antiracism portal.

If you offer more domains for sale with good reselling potential please email us your list.

Looking forward to do business with you.

I responded back to him telling him to make an offer and I received this:

I need to know the lowest price you can accept.

What is your price range: $5,000 or $10,000 or even higher?

Please send it to me via email as soon as possible

Could this be possible? Did I score on this domain? What do you all think this is worth. I've had it parked at sedo for about 3 days now. Some of the other offers I've received were low xxx.

Thanks very much in advance

As the others said, definite scam.. if you're ever in doubt, Google the first couple lines of the email.. chances are it will show up elsewhere as having been reported.

Thanks for the info guys, and gals. Any guess on what the domain is actually worth? It's been parked at Sedo for 3 days now, and gets decent traffic with almost a %50 click through rate. I've had interest/offers through sedo. I'd just like a better idea on what I should be asking for it.

acrobet.com
