My thoughts:

occurence - typo of a weak name =Dud
sweetcorn - OVT 1516 sweetcorn.com - forwards to a parking site =possible mobile recipe site for corn dishes.
ovary - OVT 7812 ovary.com forwards to an ob-gyn site. =possible mobile website for ob-gyn or fertility info.
softtoy - OVT 2855 (soft toy) softtoy.com is a blank page =possible infant toy site, but probably a dud.

But since you concurrently placed them in marketplace, I would have a hard time saying reg fee+ for anything but ovary.mobi right now.

develope ovary into a woman's questions type of site, just like scandi said above. Just do the basics at first and list facts, PMS, Birth Control, Contraceptives ect... then it will be worth more if you try to sell it

I'd ask yourself, how much would you pay, above reg fee, to a domainer, or Sedo etc. for them? Don't see the mobi app for them, especially when there are still more relevent regs available. JMO.
