Random four-letter .COM domains are not worth registration fee (nor are they in any extension) unless they are pronouncable. This name has no vowels and is not easily pronounced unless you take time to break down and analyze it like microdude431 did.

Overclocking

I like the idea of overclocking because it is all about Hz. Maybe a discussion board and product reviews. Is there still an active group doing overclocking- even with dual core processors?

But what about a domain name value- Seems it should be much more than reg. value.

I would say that this also has possible value for radio ham site, also including tv, and satellite TV. - everything is measured in Hz (hertz)
