I bought a "xxxxrealty.com" domain about a year ago after I noticed multiple real estate companies operating under the same or a very similar name. There are three potential customers. I hand registered the domain so I don't have any money in it.
All of them has "xxxxrealty" somewhere in their domain. Two of them use a .NET domain. One uses a subdomain on a popular real estate website.
Yesterday, I sent emails to all of them. I have received one response so far.
The person who responded is asking how much the domain is. I don't have a BIN set.
Do I quote this person a price without setting a BIN on my landing page? If so, I'm not sure where to set the price.
