Need advice for making sales / parking pages on domains.

Ok, so I am working on making my own mini parking pages for my domain names & am running into a few issues as to the wording. I was hoping for some advice.

Most of my domains I have the idea of developing them in the future UNLESS I get a nice offer. But I think it would be smart of me to make custom pages for parking my domains in the mean time.

Any suggestions on how to word it so that it helps prevent lowball offers? I really do not want to say for sale XXXX price or anything like that.

currently all I have is the domains name, something stating that it is for sale, a short writeup about it, an advertising block. & a line saying contact me @ EMAIL for details.

I have been toying with the idea of putting something along the lines of "this domain is being planned for development" "offers will be considered" or something along those lines.

I am also trying to figure out a good way to present these similarly on my portfolio page that I am designing.

Have you seen some of the Parked.com customized landing pages ... would you be interested in using a parking service such as this that also allows you to have generic "Make An Offer" contact links on 'em? :gl:

I'm doing my own pages so that I can have 100% control as well as adding some links etc. I will either use the Sedo, make an offer link or an email address. If I really wanted to I could make a contact form, but wont.

I have enough hosting that parking does not make sense for me in the long term.

You're welcome ... just an an FYI; you can add text links at the bottom of your Parked.com pages (which is especially good if your parked domains have some good existing PR), IMHO. :gl:
