Need a User-Friendly WordPress Theme - No Coding Involved

I am looking for a Wordpress theme that will improve the look of my website.

I need something easy to use because I don't know how to code - I only know basic HTML.

I am looking at Genesis Prose Theme OR Thesis WordPress theme

Is there really no coding involved with these themes? It almost sounds to good to be true!

I have been using free WordPress themes...time to find something more user-friendly for me.

I would really appreciate any feedback!
