Need very simple mini site developed

I need a real simple mini-site developed for some long-tail non-competitive domains. I'll need to re-use it so it must be simple for me to add text and the pages must expand based upon the amount of text - but that is all. Just a very simple header with the name of the site (text that I can change each time), an AdSense unit at the top, a nav bar of some kind on the left or right and a footer w/ links. Then some filler pages like About Us, Privacy, Contact or whatever which will have the exact same structure as the home page.

A competent programmer should be able to produce this very quickly. Let me know your price and link me to something similar to this that you've done.
