Need a review for new site

Hello,

Long time since I asked for a review :D I think maybe 2 years ago I made something new for myself.

Anyway my new blog is about makeup and beauty etc. It is at http://www.latestgirls.com

It would be nice if you people can give your opinions and let me know what stuff you like and what you don't like in it.

I am myself feeling its design is not so good but if you can share some ideas then it would be very nice of you. Also let me know if posts are too short or too long etc.

I personally believe you have choosen the right colors for your design and I think the website content is exactly about what visitors at your site are lookking for.Congratulation !
I would possible change the links at the top with Home, etc slightly. Make it bolder use mouseover effects or whatever.

I think it's kind of plain, but I do like the color choice and the basic look of the theme.

I do agree the links at the top left just don't seem to go with the overall theme and really stick out.

Actually I like it, especially the favicon Just populate the header and fix it. The links above are already on the gutter of the page, try to move them slightly.

I think good design. But I like your color combination, but background color isn't good. You favicon is funny, nice little girl)
