Need a PHP/MySQL site done quickly

I need someone to code a site for me. This will only be used for a private group and I will not be selling this script to others or giving it away.

• PHP 4.x/5.x and MySQL 4
• The site must be protected by a login page - only registered users can access the site
• The registration page only needs to collect the username, email and password
• Registered users can upload one photo, which should be renamed
• A page displaying all uploaded photos (thumbs, with links to the full picture) and a drop-down list of all usernames (only users who have uploaded a photo) with each thumbnail, allowing users to guess who is in each picture

I need this site relatively quickly (a week or two) and am willing to consider any reasonable offers for the coding. I will pay by PayPal, with a deposit up-front and the balance payable upon delivery of the completed script.
