Need a free program or script (news aggregator) that can read RSS feeds and that can be installed on website to read RSS feeds and display the contents on the website. Please suggest!

You can use adsense on a site containing RSS feeds. But be sure to read Google's own terms as to what kind of content is/isn't valid for an adsense site:
