If anyone knows an enom.com insider, please contact me at [email protected]. I have a problem and support will not help me because of policy.

I have 2 enom accounts and I am getting rid of one. So I thought I would be smart and use up all the funds in the account I am selling, so I pushed a dozen domains, renewed them, then I went to push them back. I did not know I can only push domains once every 7 days. So basically, I wanted the domains back to the original account. Support will not help me, but was hoping I can get some help from here.

If I am SOL, you can let me know that too.

if it is against their policy all you can do is wait for 7 days. There is really nothing that anyone can do :(

Maybe this tip could help you. You can push the name in a subaccount before the 7 days. So create a subaccount in your account where the names are. Push the name inside this new subaccount. You'll have to wait 7 days since this new push to push again the names in your good account. But you have the first account empty, you can sell it... of course the new owner could look into this subaccount and does what he want with the names, but if would be against the enom policy ;)

Hope that helps.

Thanx for the advice, that is what I did. I feel a little bit better. I pride myself on fast transactions and this is my longest one to date (21 hours from time of payment). I feel really bad about it, but I didn't know (stupid fine print).

Thanx alot
