On the 9th of this month, I check for ll.pro via whois.com and notice it is available and then I went to enom.com to register it. Everything went on fine and I got a thank you message.
However, a notification was sent to my email as shown below:
Thank you for your recent purchase (#242552343)

THIS ORDER WAS NOT BILLED.
Despite saying that the order was not billed, I got to a bank and wanted to withdraw some money but noticed that some monies were missing from my account. I contacted my bank and after much talk, they asked me if I made any transaction and I said yes. They asked how much and I told them and I was told that the money is at the merchant where I made the transaction.
I then contacted enom.com and here is their reply

What you are seeing with the funds being held is called a pre-authorization. When you start to make a purchase with us, the amount of the purchase is held or pre-authorized against the card. In the case that the transaction is unsuccessful, the monies are returned to the card or account typically within 24 to 48 hours.
Please let us know if this reversal of the pre-authorization does not happen within that time frame. You can send any query or concern you may have for us via a submitting a support ticket on your account as well.

It's been more than a week now and no refund as been effected as at the time of typing this. i sent them another email but I have not heard back from them.
does anyone know how I could resolve this? please help.
