near 1k exact .com , ok cpc(2+) , should i register ?

considering the options , @ $7 , nothing should be much wrong in pulling the trigger, or is such availability a norm , ( it is a long tail btw ):red:

It is not that hard to get 5k+ exacts to be honest when you are really looking, the difference is, is it a niche in which there are rabid buyers who really want to put their hands in their pockets or keep browsing?

Depends on what you're trying to do with the domain?. Are you purchasing it for development, and if so, is it a product related domain?. If you're buying it for re-sell, think about which end-users you can target with your purchase.

it is Not product related, rather Services oriented and has a pronoun in between two Big keywords, the phrase has about 900 exacts/month,

is monetization possible or reselling the only option *hunt for endusers/offer in the aftermarket!
