As someone who has worked in communications and branding for 20 years, I can tell you that it's not necessary to have an exact illustration in a logo. Many successful companies like Facebook (no book in their logo) and Tesla (no electricity or car in their logo) have built memorable brands without doing such. In the design below I've taken the word tree to work with a "tree diagram", because in domaining there is a similar tree of keywords in categories (and sub-categories) organized by industry (and sub industries). This is just one interpretation. It is abstract and can be interpreted in a variety of ways.

Clean...very modern, not cartoonish, professional, sharp and memorable. 100% original vector graphics. Higher resolution when you click the image

Why did I use lines? I wanted to show additionally the letter T
upload_2018-12-11_5-36-1.png

IMO
Also I think that a tech logo needs simple shapes (circles, triangles, lines, squares)
Also, because the leaves and smooth forms are characteristic of natural logos (Nature also begins with the "N" letter , as well as the word Name). Because of this, maybe incorrect positioning of the logo for potential clients

However, I have prepared some other designs.

Here you can see the N more clearly as I have used the letter instead of the hexagon.

Thanks for the submission, my feedback:
- I don’t like the font - the width makes it feel bulky which isn’t very elegant, it also looks to techy for my liking.
- What i meant by integrating a tree within the wordmark was more like Fedex has a white arrow between the E and the X, rather than a vertical symbol growing from the wordmark.
- I do like what you did with the T to support the tree there, but it just doesn’t work as a whole
- the tree feels pretty stock to me; I’m looking for something more abstract, perhaps.

Hope that helps!

Thank you for the feedback. Much appreciated. Please let me know how you feel about my font design. If you like it, I will include it in my next submission. Thanks!

I’d like to see something slimmer, the letters feel too wide. Thank you!

Favorite submission so far! I’d like to see a variant with the T a little more defined - I wonder if just a very short curved branch on the left too might do the trick. As it is, it almost reads like an F.

The bottom of the symbol should be fully aligned with the font too. I prefer the slightly smaller version of the tree, it feels like the leaf on the right is resting on the “r” which is a nice touch.

Finally, I’d like to see what this might look like in a few different font options.

Thanks!
