I failed to rest the password and I forgot the email (I have too many accounts) so I attached the paypal bill screenshot for receiving the link to reset the password, however I still havn't received the email and 2 days ago I wrote multiple emails to push them, surprisingly they told me the hints of the email, but I could see the full email hidden behind the link, which is an email I have no idea with...

It is quite clear that my account has been hacked and I actually paid the renew, otherwise I won't have an actual billing history via paypal for Namesilo back in November 2019.

Now they keep saying like I forgot to renew and the domain name has been on the auction and purchased by this guy, not hacking. I can't believe this explanation at all because they still haven't explained what I paid for back in November 2019 and even TODAY I still can't reset my account and see what it is going on with my account.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS REGISTER. And hope you guys could help me a bit, thx.

did you join just to complain about @namesilo with a thread title that is likely not accurate ? You need to contact them. If there is a question about paypal payment you can take it up with paypal.

Many of us have used NameSilo with zero problems. if you don't pay your renewal your name goes bye bye.

Not really much you can do in that case. If they sold your domain at auction, someone else owns it now. You mentioned the email from Nov 2019 with billing history, meaning you had the domain on auto-renewal?

What is the domain name? If you no longer own it, should be no problem to share the name. It would help.

It is possible but unlikely your account was hacked.
