Yes, i think this promo is only for virgin customers to Namesilo.

I have never used a coupon with Namesilo for the past 3 or so years, then tried it now and i still get the error "You have already used the coupon associated with its promotion the maximum number of times that are allowed."..... so it means they still remember you even if it's a long, long time ago (yes, i'm flagged in the database. lol )
