My PC is a little finicky and I wasn't able to follow today. Does anybody have the full results?

Does anyone know the final price for Lucky.com and if it actually sold?

Ive noticed monte owns alot of .club domain names, is there something im missing with this extension?

What kind of .club domains do you see? ie short .club or keyword .club?

I took a brief look at some of Mr. Cahn's domains, but didn't see any .club. I was really surprised to see trademarked domains such as wwwEXAMPLETRADEMARK.com parked and seemingly for sale. WHOIS shows legal departments\ / confiscated names, and the domain was renewed. Not too sure why a veteran domainer would be messing with such domains, but nothing a veteran domainer does these days is surprising anymore. #draintheswamp

Don't see them in the online auction yet, maybe later today?

I think you needed to place a backorder bid in order to join those auctions. I'm bidding in just a few. I'm not sure exactly how it works tbh.

I see the auction had a sell thru rate of 56%, for a namescon auction they should really try for 80%, if you have crazy reserves many people just lose interest. $1.5M sold, with $900K coming from Great.com alone.

I don't know what the commisions rates are, but say 20%, that is $300K, given they have many expenses also for the auction host.

Are all domains subject to the same commission rates?

... or do top tier domains such as Great.com catch a break?

If great didn't get a break, then the seller (@ 20%) would take home $720k.

Curious to know the max price Wal-Mart would pay for a Great.com. Maybe they're waiting for a great .value gTLD?

You are right, everest.cam was relisted in auction as the winning bidder also thought it was a .com and refused to pay. Even though the auctioneer did clearly say it was .cam. It sucks really because i had plans for that sale to pay off the credit card.

The other 2 did sell as the buyers were aware they were .cam

I see the branding potential in kitchensink.com but not at $30,000. Seller should be really happy.

I wonder if bathroomsink.com is riding the high after paying only a fraction, but that is not a good visual, or as trendy of a saying.

It looked like a few had that classic namejet bait, right under the reserve, next bid takes it, but who was bidding up to, but wouldn't cross that reserve point. I saw a lot of that, and that is shady, these are not good value auctions for the most part. You can probably get better deals in the aftermarket in the morning.

What was with all the .cam domains, I am sure many people submitted better domains than that, which were probably turned down?

What's the word I am searching for, Skill? Spill,Shrill, Still?

Does anybody know what the high bid for Lucky.com was? All I know is that pre-auction, it was at $1,006,000 but didn't hit reserve yet.
