Hello Forum,
I am a new member here, I have some domains registered with both the above who have the same phone number and address, and are based in San Jose, California.

I am running into problems regarding dealing with customer service at the above companys regarding renewal fees with extra packages etc that I have been getting billed for without consenting to any upgrades.

I have been dealing with these companys over the past eighteen months or so, and am happy with their products, but because of billing errors which have just started recently and on line help being from sales people trying to sell me upgrades, when I try to seek a resolution to there billing errors. I have resorted to phoning long distance from Ireland to California where they are based, as I have had unanswered e mails also.

Im curious to hear if any one is having similar problems, I am just after getting off the phone again to these people, my fourth international long distance call within five days to them. I was given instructions to call back later as the person who had me on the phone for the past fifteen minuites could not deal with my billing query.

Am I the only person having problems with the above? Please feel free to e mail or reply. I will be phoning again this afternoon and should the billing issues be resolved I will be more than happy to give the forum an update.
