Coincidentally, it took only 5 minutes to create a domain appraisal tool last night using ChatGPT and it's significantly better than all of the existing ones on the market right now.

Anyone can do it:

Just copy-paste* the top domain sales into it, and then ask it to estimate appraisals based on that data.

Done!


* Caveat: You can't copy and paste from NameBio, but you can take screenshots and upload those to ChatGPT until @Michael's brilliant mind comes up with a way to outsmart AI's OCR.
