Namejet To Fabulous Question

So I recently joined the fun at Namejet and their auctions.

I've had some that went to EnomCentral and a year renewal is included.

It says with Pre-releases won "includes a one-year registration."

So a recent domain I picked up is at Fabulous but has the exp date as Mar 2012.

So is that an error on their part? Or do I have to renew at Fabulous? Can I transfer it out right now? Any tips with Namejet ---> Fabulous.

I believe you'd have to wait 60 days to transfer it out but not positive on that.

I sent them an email.

It's still showing the March 2012 expiration date in the account and DomainTools still has the old whois, looks like Whois Privacy was Active, so I disabled that. Checking GoDaddy whois tho and they have the right information with a March 2013 exp. date as it should be. So just looks like Fabulous needs to update the info in the account. I guess they're just a little behind.

They fixed it.

And I guess you have to wait a month before being able to change the nameservers? Tried changing to Sedo, but wasn't sticking. I know some places like Dynadot, you have to wait a month, others can change it immediately. edit - they fixed that too, don't have to wait a month. Nice quick responses from them.
