Is anyone else having issues with NameJet?

I sent my application over a week ago to become a verified bidder and it never got through. Their website says it takes 48 hours. well i'm going on 10 days now. I submitted 2 days ago for the second time still nothing.

I called them every day just to find out they are no longer answering the phones.

SO i email them every day and again they never return my messages. BE VERY CAREFUL! This is how a Scam operates. And it looks like they are running for the hills. I'm getting ready to sue them already because i won an auction a week ago and still never received instructions on how to obtain my new domain. I have no way of knowing because these jerks wont' answer my messages or phone calls.

Looks like a problem with antispam at either end. How can you be sure they got your E-mails, or that you got their replies ?

Try calling them and find out for yourself. They won't answer. Same message I been getting everyday for a week

Their service may be poor, I was not defending them but perhaps try sending from another E-mail.

i did. thats what their website says to do. Did that 8 times. I'm just gonna call the bank and get my money back and report them.. I hate scammers

When you sell a domain there, it must be transferred to Enom, from where they push it to the buyer's account.

Doubt it. I think it takes time for them to verify accounts.
Be patient. Transfers can take time, there is a number of factors to consider like who is the seller, registrar etc.

They didn't have a problem charging my credit card and leaving me in the dark about what to do next for a week! Hell no not changing my mind

those who make negative posts about domain services, without real legitimate claims, only hurt themselves

as other domainers will see it as unsubstantiated. and as such, that can be seen as how you might react in a deal with them.
