NameJet: How long does the seller have to transfer the domain name?

I recently won a domain name on NameJet which cost me $X,XXX.

My question is, how long does the seller have until he has to transfer the name before I ask for a refund? I paid for the domain nearly 10 days ago and it is still under transfer lock. After a certain point I'd rather get my money back and buy something else as right now money is tied up with no domain.

I could try to contact the owner (which I probably will) but is it my responsibility or is it NameJet's?

I understand it has only been 10 days but I am curious to know if there is a cut-off point. Also what happens to the seller if he never transfers - how is he /she penalized?

As a seller, my transfer date range from 7 to 12 days,
While I have to wait for 14 days for one of my domain to be paid..
I don't really know the actual time but my submission might help.

Just wait, it will be transferred eventually. Sometimes, sellers take time to transfer to Namejet account, especially when the price isn't what they are excited about.
