Namejet & eNom STEAL domains

At july 27th I bought a LLL.info domain here on the forum from a well respected member.
It was registered at eNom, which I thought was a respectable registrar.

At august 8th, I received an email from eNom that the domain was removed from my account because the domain was auctioned in MAY at namejet, and the buyer back thn placed a chargeback.
Namejet started an auction for the domain at august 6th, 2 days before they sent me that email.

I'm at least three owners further, and they simply took it from my eNom account. I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH NAMEJET, IN FACT, I NEVER BOUGHT A DOMAIN WITH THEM!

These crooks stole my domain name without warning, without contacting me or authorities about this matter, they simply stole it from me, because someone didnt pay for it MONTHS and OWNERS ago.

I contacted them about this matter, they simply answered with 'try to get a refund from the person you bought it from' and refuse to pay me for the domain they took from my account.

I'd stronly advise not to deal with these companies!

how did the seller(the person who sold u this domain) acquire this name if the domain was auctioned in may?!! and also a chargeback?
only those names which expire, are auctioned at namejet....

i have no idea, the only thing I know is that namejet just took the name from me without explaining much of the situation.. All I know is that the name was auctioned at namejet in may and the buyer there placed a chargeback.

he said he bought it from some guy, he also bought a couple other names from him, and those names are also removed from his enom acct.

He provided me the names so I think he's in the same situation as me, altho he probably bought them from the thief, while I didn't.

The person you bought the name from owes you a refund.
You bought the name relying on the sellers good reputation.
You didn't buy the name from a thief...he did...and he should pay for your loss.

I agree with you about not doing business with enom.
enom sat on their hands while registerfly robbed domainers blind.
And enom keeps two sets of whois for domains, so they can officially list
themselves as the domain name owner of your domains.
