advice Namejet Caution

[RobM]

Be wary of namejet. They caught a domain for me at network solutions. However they *didn't* use the email address set in my namejet account. As such I cannot access it and now network solutions want me to send passport, utility bill, photo id, blah blah. All things I am not giving people that I don't even want to use. After many emails to namejet they just keep telling me it's not their problem. Obviously now I can't use any of the money I already have at namejet as I can't trust them to set up accounts that I can access. Such a shame for a company I've been using for many years but I guess they just don't care.
