Hey, i need some advice. Just got an email from namejet:

>>>
Please be advised we were unable to validate your account information for your account. As a result, we have temporarily disabled your account, issued credit on the following domain and will place the domain into a public auction.
>>>
So, i have provided the correct info, bought a domain for 70$, and now this.
Did it happen to anyone and what would be the best action?

To get this resolved you need to open a ticket here or call 425-974-4687.

I've got the same problem - credit card was changed and one day later the order was refunded with domain on its way back to public auction. I've opened a support ticket(#15977) and submitted all required validation data - is it possible to stop moving the domain back into auction? this is my 5-th domain ordered throung NameJet and I believe, I've exceeded the 2500$ without validating account..
