Namedrive - "Name already listed"

I just regged a name and tried to put it into my namedrive account, however ND is telling me that the name is already in their system. I clicked "ownership review" and it gave me an ID number, which Im not sure what to do with. The only possible thing I can think of is that either somebody mistyped it into their account, typed it in before registering it, or registered it at nearly the same time as me and one of us will lose it. Has this happened to anybody before?

Yeah, happens all the time. Just email them if your concerned, although you have already clicked ownership review which will have notified them. Do you have privacy enabled? If so they may need you to prove the name is yours. I expect somebody has registered it then dropped it or forgotten to renew it. People traffic test domains all the time, then drop them after a few days, so its probably that.

Happens all the time - I had to send over 150 notifications to them in one day because of a bulk purchase. They sometimes take a day or two to get back to you and have it in your account - though I have seen as quick as an hour.

Yes it's usual
Track the domain and if you don't receive an email within the next 1-2 days email them back using the whois email account and request to insert the domain to your portfolio

yea, they responded to me within 24 hours and straightened it out.

Yep, same here, i sent the "review the domain" message of, and got an almost immediate response. in terms of customer service, namedrive certainly reacts very quick! A+ on that!
