NAMEDRIVE Problem!

There is one problem that I am having with Namedrive and I'm wondering if anybody else is as well and perhaps Namedrive (namedriver) can address this and solve the issue.

The problem is with Keywords and the Sponsored listings. When I set the keywords and the template I want and check the sample page, everything works out fine, It all matches up just right. I'm happy and click save. The related searches, the popular categories and the sponsored listings all relate to the keywords I place.

The Problem is the when I check the domain, the sponsored listings do not match up to the keywords. The related searches and and popular categories usually match up fine but it's always the sponsored listings that mess up. This always seems to happen. I called and spoke to a rep a couple of times and was very pleased with him, he explained that namedrive is having problems with that and he says he'll talk to somebody and it gets worked out. The problem is I'm finding it harder to reach somebody by phone like I used too.

Is this problem being addressed?
Is there anything I should do on my end?
does this happen to anybody else?

I'm real happy with namedrive but it would be much easier if this problem can be solved.

I think it takes a little time for namedrive to approve the keywords. Once approved usually the ads are appropriate. If you check back in a few days, let us know better ads come up.

This is a problem which has been addressed here before. Our advertising partner sees the keywords we submit as suggestions rather than 100% directives for which adverts to show. In the majority of cases, the keyword submitted and the ads shown will match up, but sometimes they take the advert from the domain name instead. This can be resolved by us if you let us know which domains are affected. Just drop us a mail to our info mail and we'll get it sorted within 24 hours for you.
