Namecheap .tv problem.

Hello, I can't change my .tv domain's name servers on namecheap since last 2-3 days. I also asked to my friend he said that he can't change it too. Namecheap told me that the problem should be resolved by upstream provider and I can't use any of .tv domains that registered through namecheap right now. Any of you also have problem?

Hello, I have also the same problem with few .TV domain names on Namecheap.. It is a bit annoying..
