Somehow I got the auth codes wrong for 2 domains, but their support went over and beyond to help! They even waited 30 minutes for the transfers to complete!

I've been a customer of Namecheap for many years (for myself and for clients). People are often shocked to hear that I use a service which has no phone support, even for hosting - but I've found their 24/7 online support to be consistently outstanding, well-coordinated and courteous, both for myself and for complete newbies whom I have referred to them. It is particularly refreshing when you ask their support folks a question and they say they will need X minutes to check it out .. and then they come back to notify you if they find that the query will take a bit longer.

yeah if i had more funds i would transfer more... but this year i transferred a lot more than i ever did! so there's that ^_^
