Not a good impression for a firm dealing in dymanic business of DOMAINS

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Every company experiences techical difficulties sometimes. No need to lose your trust in them and even creating a thread about it.
I mean Sedo is / was also down today would it then also be necessary to create a thread that you are losing trust in their services?

Come on man, so they have some difficulties at the moment but in some point of time every company/business experience a similar issue.
No need to create such a drama thread.

I mean they are not 1&1 :'( which is drama to the tenth power.

If there's one thing I notice about threads of this sort, it's based on one item.

Expectations.

Unfortunately some people either have unrealistic or even stupid expectations.
And many of them are usually based on inaccurate, incomplete, or more wrong
information and assumptions.

I agree that the OP didn't have to make a "drama thread" about it. Namecheap
at least is being upfront and honest about it rather than hide the truth.

What more could Namecheap have done? Shut their site down while working on
the technical issue?

they seem to be okay now. I saw this error the other day and it took me forever to push the domains to a buyer.

I think they only meant during that time.

You can transfer them yourself now right?

Oh? I've had no problems with NameCheap for some time.

and what's the deal with "we are..."
I's us who are having a bad experiance...not them...
The message said "technical difficulties" not "bad experience"

Really, there doesn't need to a new thread everytime a company is having issues. There's nothing that can be done.

I like NC, if they can cheaper than GD, and if they can provide the domain taste service like MONI....will be perfect then...

And what makes you think they're not having bad experiences either? Unless you
don't care how it's like being on their side.

Simple solution: don't use them. Problem solved.

Its only technical difficulties. No need to create such thread. In every company, there are bound to be such cases.
