NameCheap.com offline due to .College sale

So I've confirmed across multiple devices and NameCheap.com is currently undergoing outages and flashing it's "CloudFlare" error message as it posts a .College sale for registrations under $7 (usually $60 across other registrars). Anyone else unable to get on?

The website is working fine for me. XYZ now $0.44

I received a message from NameCheap.com telling me they were undergoing maintenance at the time, site is back up now but the .college sale has been replaced with the .xyz sale.

I saw other extensions on sale too. But I wonder how much they will charge for next year because with other providers, they seem to have fixed price for each year.
