Sedo buy now sale triggered "due to system error"

Sale was through the SedoMLS Godaddy partner network. Unpaid for 9 days so I canceled. I'm asking for buyer info but I'm being told the sale was "due to system error". Rep won't say whether it's due to Sedo or Godaddy "system error". Getting a run-around.

Anyone experience something like this before?

i would rather believe in buyer backed off than in system error

when all else fails blame it on the system.

I once had a name in auction and mid auction they dumped the reserve, watch them like a hawk.
