Namecheap locked our domain basing on the bogus complaint (we believe it is from our rivals).
We have not even been warned about this lock action.
They deny our requests to unlock the domain, transfer it to other registrar or at least change the IP in DNS. All they reply to us is that their Senior Legal department is examining the cases so we have to wait for their reply or contact by phone +1.6613102107
However we always get voicemail to leave our message but no one contacts us back. The lock is continuing for 3 months already.
This is a terrible service which can ruin our business and yours too. I hope that publishing of this information here will help us or at least will prevent such problem in your case/
