So, I have bought a domain name which has at least two companies which are using exactly the same name for some products, one company from Asia which has a TM for this name for soft drinks-non alcoholic( I think that it's just for South Korea) and another Uk company using the same name for body wax and other cosmetic products, without TM rights. I wonder if I can use this name for an alcoholic drinks, if the TM says it's for soft, non alcoholic drinks? Also, can it be listed for sale and contact some of the users, if there are more than one of them? If it helps, I can PM you the name.
