Name.com 5 day restriction

I just tried to push a domain name to another user and got an error.
ERROR: Domain was registered in the past 5 days.
but today is 6th day since the domain has been registered.
Be careful with name.com

UTC time is diplayed in WHOIS.

i got an answer from support:
As today is the fifth day of the domain's registration, you'll be able to internally transfer the domain on or after December 20th.
