The package is currently on sale at SitePoint and there have been some concerns raised about the appraisal I received from Sedo in March. Sedo stated that the mywebresource.com domain was worth $31,000. Since then, traffic has doubled. This seems reasonable to me given the site's PR and Alexa Rank, but apparently others don't share this view.

I would greatly appreciate any appraisals offered. I don't want to rip anyone off in this sale, but I don't want to shoot myself in the foot either.

I hate to be a pest, but time is not on my side. The sale for this site ends the 28th and I would like to sell it for a fair market value.

Can anyone either appraise the site, or at least recommend a reputable appraisal service. Preferably one that can get the appraisal to me within 2 days.

I promise I'll ask for appraisals before I put a site up for sale next time.

To be honest it has the traffic to be monetized even more nicely!.. If it were to take full advantage of the traffic and earn a revenue I'd honestly almost have to agree with thier valuation or close to it.. Likely more.. Depends on the ROI the buyer is into paying.. I'd say a site earning revs is worth between 3=5 years revenue!

OK, it's been almost three months since I first asked for an appraisal for MyWebResource. In that time, I've tried to sell the site at Sedo's rate and have all but been laughed at. Also, since then, I've landed the job of my dreams and have become fully resigned to the fact that I am going to have to sell off my portfolio. So....

Here's the deal, I'm willing to pay for a QUALITY appraisal from a reputable provider if need be, or I'd be willing to donate N$ to members here if that will get me a QUALITY appraisal. And what I mean by "quality" is an appraisal that will be recognised as reputable in the eyes of buyers. Simply put, I don't have time to mess around with BS. I'm motivated to sell and I don't have time to mess around with amatures. No offense intented to anyone at NP.

Here's what's changed since I originally posted my domain:
* Traffic has flattened out at roughly 30,000 unique visitors per month with roughly 300,000 unique page views per month.

* The site has been bringing in increasing amounts of revenue through Google AdSense and Text Link Ads. This month, I will have made > $200 with less than 10 hours effort on my part (content updates only)

Does anyone want to take a shot at appraising this site/domain?

Honestly, I have no problem with keeping the domain and investing the 2.5-3 hrs/wk required to earn me some cash, but to be honest, I'm tired of the whole webmaster scene and would just like to move on to topics related to my "true career"
