If there isn't a TM issue then considering the taffic/backlinks etc I'd say low $xx - mid $xx (undeveloped).

If there isn't a TM issue and you bothered; then develop into say a forum/blog where people can perhaps talk about thier experience of a holiday to a Disney resort or a Disney movie or something like that?! That will certainly boost what you may get for it. So without TM issues being involved and a developed site with traffic... I'd take a prediction at around high $xx - low $xxx

Either way, definately find out whether there are any TM issues with this domain. Even if there isn't I guessing there might still be some restrictions as to what kind of site you would be allowed to develop it into. Good luck.

Nice domain, I don't think you will have a problem at all. My first thought was a blog hosting site similar to www.mydisneytrip.com. Users can sign up for their own Disney Blog, etc. Second would be a personal blog about Disney, etc. I don't think there is a ton of value there, maybe mid-xx undeveloped, but it could be developed into something nice.

What makes you say that? I own several very active domains that have the word Disney in them, and there are hundreds of other sites out there, whether Disney fan sites or just have Disney information that have existed for years and years. I work with Disney on a daily basis, and talk to their legal department several times a month. Not once have they said anything to me about any of my domains, and several of them even ask how the sites are going, they know they exist and they don't even blink an eye. Just because it has "Disney" in it, doesn't mean you will get sued. It depends on use and intent.

Undeveloped it is worth (I think) maybe $10-$20.

there are, as was stated before, literally hundreds of sites with disney in the name. selling travel packages, etc. i would imagine that as long as you arent using images without permission, tm issues will not be any issue at all.
