I am contemplating selling my website, AddictsArcade.com.

Stats:

Age: Over a year old
Backlinks: 65
Alexa: 3,510,877​

Indexed Pages for addictsarcade.com:

Google: 945
MSN Search: 6
Yahoo!: 13
AlltheWeb: 11
AltaVista: 12​

Traffic is about 30 per day, and some of the articles are unique, not most, most ore from other sites via RSS.

I am looking for an appraisal of the entire website, not just the domain name.

Unfortunately you haven't built up much of a pagerank and not many of your articles are unique, but you have built up some traffic so I'd put this in the mid $xxx low $xxxx range. This is said without knowing your revs, which I've seen some people pay upto $7years worth (non-amortized).

You may want to install a forum system (bbpress would be good in your case) and see how many people you attract sign up and participate. This can greatly increase the value of a site if you get enough people to sign up and participate.

Are you also looking to selling your proxy network too?

The proxy network is sold, other than SkipTheFilters.info, the links are there just because I wanted users to be able to utilize them still.
