Revenue: $700-$1000/month via YPN and some pop-ups/banners from paypopup.com, this could be MUCH higher with a better CPM network. I removed the banners and pop-ups from most pages sometime in June as I found them annoying for as little money they were producing. (~$150) .

NO advertising has ever been done on this site... I have NEVER spammed myspace by posting bulletins, buying ads, etc.

You will notice the ups and downs in the stats, this was due to server trouble off and on for the past 2 months... I finally moved it to a dedicated server and it has run relatively smooth since then. Maximum revenue has not even come close to being pulled out of this site, I think with some ad tweaking and a good CPM network it could pull $100/day.

I have this site on one of my dedicated servers along with others... so I don't have a definitive price for hosting. My dedicated is $149/month, but this site only uses 20% of the resources.

The Yahoo account will NOT be included as I don't think they are transferable anyway.

Hosting account will not be included or transfered, you wouldn't want it anyway.
There are absolutely no paid links or advertisements... just link/traffic exchanges and some are my own sites.
