.mobi MySpace.mobi is owned by the TM company but is for sale? Why?

MySpace.mobi is owned by the company holding the trademark but is for sale? Why?
I just happened to notice that http://www.myspace.mobi/ has a for sale notice on it's webpage. Funny thing is the Whois data shows that the domain is registered by the company holding the MySpace trademark. I find this weird. Why would MySpace be selling their .Mobi site? Anybody have an explanation?

EDIT: I see now your concern, regarding who actually owns the name. As stated elsewhere, it doesn't seem to actually be owned by THE MySpace, hence the reason it's on a parking page at all.

I never landed on that page. I saw two versions of myspace.mobi, and neither said it was for sale.

It seems to be owned by the MySpace; the trademark registration number matches.
