MyPrizes.NET was an idea of mine that I can no longer pursue, design + programming is all unique. I will provide 2 years of FREE hosting. There is currently 67 Members and it had one trial run. There wasn't much profit made but site has potential for someone with enough $$$ to continue its upkeep. Please realistic bids only. Isn't there some law about having to declare raffles if the prize is a certain amount of money? Revenue is only made from Sponsors correct?

correct but you may obtain a lottery / raffle lisc. off-shore and keep the business off-shore to hold international raffles and or lotteries but yes the cheapest way is through sponsers and other affiliate programs.
