After much deliberation, I have finally decided to sell my site. It has been up and running since Feb. and was just recently taken down due to the fact that I am getting ready to go overseas and wish to spend more time with my family. I have answered many questions, so I will put the answers up below, and hopefully it will give a good description of the site.

1. What is the current age of the Website in months?
9 Months
2. Are you the original owner? If no, how long have you owned the site?
Yes I am the original owner
3. How many daily visitors does the site generate?

4. How does the Website generate these visitors? If through advertising please explain in detail all costs and other relevant information related to the advertising agreement. If through Search Engine placements please provide details of all relevant high rankings key words and the placements under those keywords on the respective search engines.
There is only a links campaign set up. There is no advertising or anything.
5. How are Revenues generated, via advertising, sales of products or services or Adsense revenues etc.? (Please break down this section in detail so that it is clear how the revenues are generated with little confusion.)
Revenues are generated by product sales only.
6. How are Revenues collected/accessed, via Paypal, Storm Pay, 2Checkout, affiliate program payments, referral commissions etc. ?
Payments are collected via PayPal or personal checks / money orders.
7. What are the last 12 months Total Expenses?
The only expenses every month are the $10 hosting fees. Also, every year there is the associated fees with domain renewal.
8. Please break down all expenses individually including cost and any other relevant information relating to them.
Only costs to date are for hosting (through JaguarPC - $9.95/mo) and for domain renewal.
9. How many hours are required to operate this Website each week?
Approx. 10 hours
10. How much programming, advertising, SEO and design knowledge and/or expertise is required to operate this Website?
No programming, advertising, or design knowledge is needed unless the new owner decides to advertise or do SEO.
11. What type of support is required to be provided to the customers/users of this site?
Only email support is required.
12. Does this support require any specific knowledge or expertise?
You can find all of the knowledge online for all of the questions. But need a general knowledge of fashion.
13. What is included in this sale, domain name, web page, logos, trademarks, full rights to intellectual property etc. ? Please clarify.
Included in the sale are the domain name, website, logos, and trademarks. The buyer will have total control over EliteBags.
14. Please provide a detailed description about your site that might aid in understanding of its operation.
EliteBags operates on dropshipping. There is no inventory to keep at all.
15. How much money are you making with the site?
We make about 45% off of each sale. With that, it averages to be about $1800/mo. That figure however, does not include our wholesale orders.
