Myetherwallet help plz

sorry still kinda new to cryptos.... I am tryign to get my 1000trx out of myetherwallet which is about the most unfriendly userinterface I ever saw.. and so I put 0.001 ether there and apparently didn't set gas right.. so it failed twice to send it (to binanace) while eating my ether at same time.

can someone plz advise me how much ether I need to do this.. I later read it should be say 200 000 gas.. is this true?

and hopefully some cool soul can send me required eth to my wallet there and take some payhpal for it from me

I'm just trying to close that wallet and never think of it again.

speaking of closing wallets.. cause even after reading on gooogle I am still no conclusive about it..

is there any way under sun to get that min 20 ripple deposit out of gatehub?????? or is this like gone forever.

yes MEW is sometimes confusing especially with the gas requirements.

Never had this issue. I guess putting a higher amount of Ether on the wallet should solve this issue.

I never used GateHub. I can imagine that 20 ripple are too little to change in something else (maybe Ether for your wallet).

You could try if the amount is enough to change it via Changelly in something else (Shapeshift is something similar as far as I know, never used it though).

200000 is way too much unless you’re participating in an ico and want to send funds ahead of others. Usually 50000 gas is plenty.

gatehub needs min 20 ripple to open wallet.. just not sure if its lost or stuck there forever .. or if you can cash out..

Confirm the current gas requirements at https://ethgasstation.info/

And then set the gas amount accordingly.
