I recently was hacked by some guy in Russia. It seems that they change the index page of several of my site.

I am looking for someone that can help fix this.

Please let me know what you need to asses the damage.

One, if you have a backup of the index page, upload it and remove the hacked page.
Two, change at once your cpanel login username and password to something completely off the wall.
No words, no string of numbers.
Three, if you have databases, do the same to protect those.

I would contact your hosting provider as the first thing and, if they have a good support system, they will fix much of it.
Second, do what Iowa suggested.

Where is it hosted? Do you have a backup file of the website? Like if it's hosted at godaddy, go in your file manager, delete the index.html file, reupload your back up. If you don't have backup, you might have to recreate it.

Well ! first backup your website , secondly inform the service provider , then change all your admin passwords but still one step ! find the shell script that the hacker used on your website and delete it , like r57.php shell and so one , there are script that can find that automaticaly i think ! then you should also hire someone to find the vulnerability that the hacker used !(sometimes you can do nothing if you are on public server ! that's why you should contact the service provider)
