My Sedo account was closed, no reason told

I had a sedo account for almost two years. I have never sold domains through them, and on Nov 8, 2014 I received an email stating:

Dear (My Name),

We are pleased to inform you that a buyer has accepted your fixed price offer for your domain (name removed) .com for 650 USD!

Sedo's transfer team will assist you with this transfer to ensure that you take the actions necessary to successfully complete this transaction.

For the security of the transfer, we will never email you directly regarding a transfer request. Specific transfer details will always be posted in your Sedo account. Each time a new message is added, you will receive a general notification message via email.

Your transfer specialist will be following up shortly with the next steps of the transfer, if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please feel free to contact your transfer specialist via the Transfer Center. Please use the link below to access this page.

And after two days when I tried to log in to my account, site says invalid information. I tried to reset password but system said "This account has been closed. Please contact our customer support team if you have any questions."

They have told no reason for account closed, I have contacted several times asking for the reason and also to review my account status but no reply.

Really disappointing for me. What should I do now?

Contacted via live chat and they said send email to "[email protected]", I sent them several email in a month but they didn't reply.

Mention in Live Chat that u r not getting replies and demand them for immediate resolution!

yes I own that domain and whois data also match with my a/c details.

Off the top of my head, the only reasons I can imagine for them closing the account is 1) if you didn't deliver the domain on time or 2) if there was fraud on the purchasing side and Sedo, for whatever reason, concluded that you were involved.
